I applaud your work. It's very needed and important. When you mention things like running focus groups, it would be helpful to readers to know how you assembled the groups (e.g., random sample from voter list) and how many people were in each group. Thanks.
At the end of the day we all want the same things for our lives: to live freely and be able to provide for ourselves and our families. I agree with your assessments.
“Atypical Democrats” are, in fact, most Democrats. What these voters see as a “typical” Democrat is largely a creation of relentless, and, in their lives, omnipresent propaganda. They have no idea how focused Joe Biden was on their material problems, and the effects his policies were starting to have. RW, with considerable assist from corporate media, made sure they didn’t know. Trump talked “trans”, Harris pretty much talked universal civil rights, as do most Democrats.
So, Democrats shouldn’t validate RW propaganda by failing to confront it.

It's not only important to talk about economic issues but to have a clear set of plans and messages re what Dems will do differently.
Thanks for your comment. We hope you keep following along to learn more as we’re listening to working class voters.

Interesting that you held a focus group for white women. Do you plan to do one for white men without college degrees?
Yes we do! We hope you keep following along to learn more as we’re listening to working class voters.
